During this phase we will teach you how to eat real-food in a balanced way to help your body lose the excess fat.  You will be able to ensure you are burning fat with a simple daily test.  We will keep you motivated and on track through weekly accountability appointments with your weight loss coach.  We will help you to set a target weight goal and work with you to achieve your goal successfully.  This phase may last from 1 – 12 months depending on how much weight you need to lose.  Average weight loss is approximately 10 pounds per month.

Starts with a one-hour assessment of your current state of health. 

This will include:

  • a review of your medical history
  • blood and urine analysis
  • body composition
  • weight
  • measurements
  • blood pressure.
